I hate times like that! That is when I am now getting on and reading blogs, looking an pinterest (new addiction) or anything to keep from the ED behaviors! But, I can relate to nothing keeping my interest for long. My mind goes crazy! Hang in there!
Finding healthy things to do can be the worst. Be careful with pintrest though, the site is full of other people's 'motivation' ie triggering quotes, exercise plans and so much about food.My favorite things to do are read, go for a walk, play bubble spinner (so silly), and take a nap.Hope your week goes well!
